BowTie Barbecue Co. BB’s Blend for Beef

Somehow, and we’re not sure how, Corbin gave the nickname BB to Brennan. Luckily for him, it stuck. It also allowed for some delightful alliteration! We started experimenting with some Beef Ribs last summer, and holy cow (pun?), does this blend deliver. BB created this beef blend with a heavy dose of course cracked pepper, which gives the smoke something to hold on to as well as make that beef sing. We put this on our Brisket, Beef Ribs, and burgers. As the name says, this blend is for beef, so use it on any steak as well. You’ll thank us!
